LuckPKR Terms & Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities Explained

1 Introduction

Welcome to LuckPKR. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and LuckPKR ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the LuckPKR website at luckpkr.bet, or placing any bet on any game offered by LuckPKR, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue using the Platform. We have made every effort to write these Terms in clear, everyday English — the same language we use when our support team talks to Pakistani players. LuckPKR reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email and/or an on-screen notification when they next log in. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the LuckPKR platform is strictly limited to adults who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by LuckPKR or any third-party gambling harm service.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a LuckPKR employee or director.

LuckPKR takes its age verification obligations seriously. We use CNIC verification and third-party identity checks to confirm the age of players before processing any withdrawal. We may request proof of age at any point. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned where technically possible.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on LuckPKR. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different identities, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms. LuckPKR uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, all associated funds frozen pending investigation, and all bonuses forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, Pakistani CNIC number, valid mobile phone number, and a working email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LuckPKR account password and PIN. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. LuckPKR will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting LuckPKR support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be cancelled upon closure. LuckPKR reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

LuckPKR accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks. No foreign payment methods are accepted. We do not accept cryptocurrency.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 200
• Minimum single withdrawal: Rs 500
• Maximum single withdrawal (standard accounts): Rs 500,000 per day

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank transfers (IBFT) typically complete within 1–3 business hours. First withdrawals from a new account require identity verification which may add up to 24 hours to processing time. LuckPKR does not charge any withdrawal processing fees.

4.4 Player-Owned Accounts Only

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared family mobile wallet accounts — are not permitted. If a third-party payment is detected, LuckPKR will return the funds to their source and suspend the player account pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Promotional bonuses offered by LuckPKR — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards — are subject to individual terms that are published alongside each offer. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.

5.2 Standard Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in total wagers to be placed before a withdrawal can be processed. Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

5.4 Bonus Abuse

LuckPKR reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected, and to close accounts where repeat abuse is identified.

5.5 Welcome Bonus Limitations

The welcome deposit bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. It cannot be claimed more than once, combined with another welcome offer, or transferred between accounts. LuckPKR reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

6 Game Rules & Platform Fairness

6.1 Certified Random Number Generation

All slot games and table games on LuckPKR are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by internationally licensed game suppliers. These RNG systems are independently tested and certified by third-party laboratories to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

6.2 Provably Fair Crash Games

All crash games on LuckPKR — including Aviator, JetX, and others — use provably fair algorithms. The crash point for each round is generated and cryptographically hashed before bets are accepted. After each round, players can independently verify the result using the published hash. LuckPKR cannot alter a crash result once a round has started.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including connection interruptions, display errors, or server faults — the result of any affected round will be determined by what was recorded on LuckPKR's server at the moment of the malfunction. Where a round cannot be completed, the relevant stake will be returned to the player. LuckPKR is not liable for losses caused by a player's own internet connection failing during a game.

6.4 Return to Player Rates

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in the information panel of each game. LuckPKR publishes verified RTP rates and does not alter them from the settings certified by the game provider. RTP is a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee any specific result in an individual session or round.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LuckPKR and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action:

• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any game or security system on LuckPKR.
• Colluding with other players or the LuckPKR team to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment information to fund your account.
• Engaging in any activity that LuckPKR reasonably considers to be money laundering or financial fraud.
• Making false claims, chargebacks, or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing any LuckPKR staff member or other player.
• Attempting to register while under 18 years of age.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the LuckPKR platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, promotional materials, and software — is the property of LuckPKR or its licensed content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any LuckPKR content without prior written authorisation. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform for its intended purpose — playing games — is permitted under these Terms. Any other use requires explicit permission from LuckPKR.

10 Limitation of Liability

LuckPKR provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous access and fair gameplay, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuckPKR is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds caused by a player's own internet connection failing during a game.
• Financial losses resulting from a player's own decisions while gambling.

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

LuckPKR's maximum liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in your active account at the time the relevant incident occurred. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits LuckPKR's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by LuckPKR itself.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

In brief, LuckPKR collects data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and LuckPKR, we ask that you first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. The vast majority of issues are resolved at this stage.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of it being raised with LuckPKR, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed third-party mediator before pursuing any other remedy.

LuckPKR's decision on all matters relating to game results, bonus eligibility, account verification, and fraud investigations is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described above.
