Account & Registration

Yes — registering at LuckPKR is completely free. There are no sign-up fees, no monthly charges, and no minimum activity requirements. You only deposit money when you choose to. The minimum first deposit is just Rs 200.

LuckPKR is strictly for players aged 18 and over. You must enter your correct date of birth during registration. Age is verified against your CNIC when you submit your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage players are closed immediately and deposits returned.

No. LuckPKR allows only one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and results in all accounts being closed with bonuses forfeited. If you have lost access to your original account, contact support — they will help you recover it rather than you needing a new one.

You do not need to upload a CNIC at registration. However, CNIC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is standard in the industry and protects your account. To verify, go to Account Settings → Verification and upload a photo of your CNIC. It is usually reviewed within a few hours.

If you would like to close your account, contact our support team via live chat or email at support@luckpkr.bet. Before closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. If your reason for closing is related to problem gambling, we strongly recommend using our self-exclusion tool instead, which acts immediately and blocks all access.

Deposits & Withdrawals

LuckPKR supports the following PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT Bank Transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees — no currency conversion involved.

The minimum deposit at LuckPKR is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit set by LuckPKR, though your payment provider (e.g. Easypaisa or JazzCash) may have their own daily transaction limits. LuckPKR does not charge any fees on deposits.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited to your LuckPKR account within 1–3 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually instant. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Go to your account dashboard and select Withdraw. Choose your verified payment method, enter the amount (minimum Rs 500), and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 15–30 minutes on a verified account. Your first withdrawal requires CNIC verification — a one-time process. LuckPKR charges no withdrawal fees.

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours, the most common reasons are: (1) your CNIC verification is still pending, (2) there is an outstanding wagering requirement on a bonus balance, or (3) the transaction is awaiting a scheduled bank processing window. Check your account notifications first, then contact live support with your withdrawal ID if the issue is not clear.

LuckPKR does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own standard transaction charges as per their own terms — those are outside our control. What goes into your LuckPKR wallet and what you withdraw is always in PKR with no deduction from our side.

For security and anti-fraud purposes, LuckPKR requires withdrawals to go back to the same payment account used for the original deposit whenever possible. If you need to use a different withdrawal method (e.g. your Easypaisa number has changed), contact support — they will verify your identity and assist with updating your withdrawal details.

Standard verified accounts at LuckPKR can withdraw up to Rs 200,000 per day. VIP players have higher daily withdrawal limits based on their tier. If you win a large jackpot amount above the daily limit, contact our support team — they will arrange payment in instalments or a one-time exception depending on your account history.

If a deposit fails at the LuckPKR end, your money is not taken — the transaction is cancelled before funds leave your wallet. If your Easypaisa or JazzCash shows a deduction but the balance did not appear in your LuckPKR account within 10 minutes, contact support immediately with your transaction reference. We will investigate and either credit the amount or confirm it has been returned automatically.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it converts into withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place Rs 20,000 in total bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must meet the wagering requirement first. Your real money (deposited PKR) is always withdrawable separately from bonus funds. In your account, bonus balance and real money balance are shown separately so you always know exactly where you stand. Once wagering is complete, your bonus funds move into your withdrawable real money balance.
